No. Free returns, exchanges, or package protection only apply when Redo Coverage was purchased at checkout and the request qualifies under coverage terms.
What if I did not purchase Redo Coverage?
Your request may still be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed and Prop Money’s standard return policy applies.
Can I return custom printed products?
Custom printed products are generally final sale unless we made a production error.
What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?
If Redo Coverage was purchased, submit a request through the return portal. Without coverage, carrier-confirmed delivery and shipping issues may not be refundable.
How long do I have to request help?
Customers should submit any issue within 3 days of delivery.
